What We're Looking For
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual who can consistently perform well in a night shift environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and can work with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability in handling tasks and deadlines. They should be adaptable to changing requirements and priorities, with good communication skills for effective coordination with team members. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, committed to delivering quality work, and driven toward continuous improvement, while also being capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum of 5 years experience in WordPress development is preferred
- Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
- Experience with website optimization, security, and performance improvement
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
